■Concept

The TP Best*i has been developed for the transported vehicle such as Hiace and Vamos using the know-how gained from the Super*i and the Best*i.

Even though damper force adjustment for TP Basic☆i is fixed, it will provide the stability and ride comfort of TP Best☆i at efficient cost due to simple design and system.

To make it affordable for users, we have three kinds of kits available.(Please refer to the Select system at the bottom)

■Overhaul

This product can be overhauled as all parts are purely made in Japan and assembled in our own factory. We would like you to use it at the best ride feeling for a long time.

■Feature

 ・Front / Rear damping force adjustment

The TP Best*i damper includes 36-way damping force adjustment for both front and rear coilovers. Damping force can be adjusted between hard and soft giving the driver the choice between performance or ride comfort.

 ・Mono-tube internal piston

The mono-tube piston relieves discomfort from push up due to its unique design. The steel body has an internal diameter of 40φwhich is utilized for increasing oil capacity and improving heat dissipation. Along with the newly developed the original mono-tube internal piston gives great riding comfort.



 ・Front torsion bar

A fortified torsion bar is used to give 1.5 times the spring rate of the factory kit. This helps to improve stability when the vehicle is lowered.

 ・Rear leaf spring

HIACE-Original low down leaf spring is used for the TP Best*i. The TP Best*i is designed to reduce bumps on the rear when driving with a light load and to improve traction. Drivers will notice a significant difference compared with the factory kit.
VAMOS-The specially designed double layered leaf spring has different thicknesses for each layer which helps to maintain sufficient bump stroke and durability. Taking the sub spring rate into account, we find the best possible spring rate and camber angle.

 ・Adjustable rear spacer

A steel spacer is also used to allow easy and incremental adjustment of the rear ride height. It is made to fit genuine leaf spring vehicles. (Spacer B is pictured in the photo)



 ・Front / Rear bump stop

A specially made bump stop is also used as a cushioning device to prevent the metal touching when carrying the maximum load. The hard rubber bump stop is shorter than standard types and the spring rate is adjusted until the point at which it touches.

The oil selected for use with the TP Best*i has been extensively tested and meets TMC's high standards.
