■Development background
We have been thinking about how we can improve the engine efficiency. For this several years, we shifted our viewpoint from exhaust efficiency to slide movement efficiency. We established the institute to research the engine performance. There, we studied hard to reduce the friction resistance to the utmost limit and enhanced the slide movement efficiency, we finally succeeded to develop the RAN*UP. The RAN*UP reduces the friction inside engine and enhances its efficiency. When comparing the power with the RAN*UP and without the RAN*UP at same rpm, the engine after adding the RAN*UP produced the higher power than before even tested at the same rotation range. This means the RAN*UP not only improves the engine power but also contributes to the reduction of CO2 emission and fuel efficiency.■Feature of the RAN*UP
The RS*R RAN*UP enhances engine efficiency at the microscopic level. Utilizing key components that have been derived from aerospace robotics, this specially formulated mixture of nano ceramics reduces friction throughout all oil-lubricated pares of the engine. This creates an environment where engine performance can reach its maximum potential. For its feature of anti-oxidation, the RAN*UP extends the life of engine oil as well. Q 1: What are the requirements for usage?
Answer: There are no specific requirements. However, do not use the RAN*UP in a two-cycle engine. Shake well before adding to your engine oil.
Q 2: What does the RAN*UP do? Is it effective for all cars?
Answer: Thanks to our newly-developed oil optimizer the RAN*UP, what is achieved is a reduction of friction inside the engine which increases horsepower and improves fuel economy. This has been verified in all the cars we have tested.
Q 3: Does it have any undesirable effects on the engine itself and/or related parts?
Answer: To date, our tests on the RAN*UP have not shown any adverse or undesirable effects to an engine. In fact, in inspections on racing applications, engine tear downs have shown significant reductions in engine wear.
Q 4: When I pour in the RAN*UP, do I need to drain out the same amount of oil?
Answer: As long as your oil level stays within the permitted range on your oil gauge, it is not necessary to drain an equivalent amount of oil. After pouring in the RAN*UP, idle your engine for a few minutes, and then check the oil level on the dipstick to ensure levels are within the manufacturers recommended range.
Q 5: I purchased the RAN*UP but will not be using it for a while. Is there an expiration date?
Answer: There is no expiration date, but we do recommend that you store the RAN*UP in a cool, dry place and once you open it, use it as soon as possible.
Q 6: When I was pouring the RAN*UP, I spilled a little. Will it affect performance because it is not the full amount?
Answer: If you spill a small amount, there will not be any significant difference in its effect. However, if you spill a large amount, the RAN*UP’s performance benefits may be reduced. Be careful not to get any on your clothes. If you get it in your eyes, wash it out for at least 15 minutes with running water, then seek medical attention immediately.
Q 7: What are the ingredients in the RAN*UP?
Answer: The base of the RAN*UP is unique mixture of fine ceramics and proprietary materials which were developed in our labs for Maximum lubrication and enhanced engine performance. With 100% synthetic oil premixed to transfer the RAN*UP into the engine.
Q 8: Can I use the RAN*UP with any engine oil?
Answer: Yes, the RAN*UP can be mixed safely with all types of engine oil.
Q 9: Can I use the RAN*UP in a rotary or diesel engine?
Answer: Absolutely. The RAN*UP can be used in both rotary and diesel engines.
Q 10: Are there any restrictions using the RAN*UP in a new car?
Answer: No. The RAN*UP provides the same engine performance enhancing benefits whether the car is new or old.
Q 11: Can I use the RAN*UP with any type of transmission? Are there different effects based on type of transmission?
Answer: You can use the RAN*UP with any kind of transmission—automatic, manual or continuously variable. The RAN*UP provides the same benefits with any transmission.
Q 12: Is it OK to mix the RAN*UP with an engine oil additive from another company?
Answer: No. When using the RAN*UP, always use it as the only additive to your engine oil.
Q 13: What is the difference between the RAN*UP and other additives?
Answer: In comparison tests using a Dynapack dynamometer, the RAN*UP performed at a higher level than other additives. Thanks to its new material compounds, the RAN*UP provides overwhelmingly superior friction reduction, thus increasing your engine’s power and fuel efficiency.
Q 14: How soon does the effect from the RAN*UP appear? Will my fuel mileage improve?
Answer: The benefits of the RAN*UP typically appear after about 30 minutes of normal driving, or after a day depending on the conditions of use. Keep in mind that these results will vary based on driving habits and driving conditions.
Q 15: Are the benefits greater or less for certain types of engines?
Answer: Benefits vary according to engine displacement, whether or not it has a supercharger, and the overall state of the engine.
Q 16: If I use twice as much, will I get twice the benefit?
Answer: No. The recommended amount is sufficient to provide maximum benefit. Using extra will not increase performance.
Q 17: If I change my oil, do the benefits of the RAN*UP stop?
Answer: Even after an oil change, some benefits may continue due to the RAN*UP remaining inside the engine. But depending on the conditions, the benefits most likely will be reduced.
Q 18: How long will the RAN*UP work? And when that time is up, can I just pour in more?
Answer: The benefits last for 6,000 miles. But when you do change your oil, we recommend pouring in another bottle of the RAN*UP.
Q 19: I am going longer between oil changes than the manufacturer recommends. If I use the same oil for a long time,
Won’t that cause problem?
Answer: We have verified that the benefits of the RAN*UP last for 6,000 miles. Because friction is greatly reduced, the oil is protected against oxidation caused by rising temperatures, so the service life of your oil is greatly extended. During the usage period, check your oil gauge periodically. If the oil level is reaching the bottom of the permitted range, top off your engine oil.
Q 20: Are there any benefits from mixing the RAN*UP in my brake fluid or transmission fluid?
Answer: NEVER mix the RAN*UP with any other fluid! The RAN*UP has been specifically formulated for engine oil use only.
Q 21: You have described the advantages of the RAN*UP. What are the disadvantages?
Answer: The main effect of the RAN*UP is to reduce friction, so essentially there are no disadvantages. However, because of the reduction in the coefficient of friction, there may be some impact on engine braking. Also, because the RAN*UP makes your engine run quieter, the sounds from auxiliary equipment and other noises may seem louder.
Q 22: Wouldn’t it be better for me to move up to a higher grade of oil?
Answer: There is no direct relationship between the grade of oil and the friction reduction effect of the RAN*UP. But if you move up to a higher grade of oil and use the RAN*UP, you may gain even more performance benefits.
Q 23: Will the ingredients contained in the RAN*UP clog the oil filter?
Answer: No. The ingredients contained in the RAN*UP are extremely fine particles that will pass right through the oil filter.
Q 24: Can I use the RAN*UP for racing or other competition?
Answer: Please do. Races are where the performance of the RAN*UP really shines. However, check with the race regulations to make sure they allow you to use something as beneficial as the RAN*UP.
Q 25: I used the RAN*UP once and then I stopped using it. Will this have any negative effects on my engine?
Answer: The performance benefits of the RAN*UP will gradually diminish, but there will be no negative effects.
