Q:Can you provide a factory spring rate?
A:Our data is actual measurement value so it may be different from the published data from manufacturers. It also depends on the grade so please contact each manufacturers if you wants to know the details.
Q:Should I use factory shock?
A:Our lowering spring is designed and developed for factory shock. So please use it with factory shock.
Q:Can you advise how to install the spring tube?
A:Please try each step individually. Please note this is not to guarantee noise will be stopped.
First, put the spring tube between wide pitch and narrow pitch.
Second, put the spring on the every other coil on wide pitch.
Third, put the spring tube on the every other coil on narrow pitch.
Q:Can I cut factory bump stopper?
A:We consider the bump stopper as a second spring so please don't cut it. If you cut it, it will cause the sagging and breakage of coil spring.
Q:Is the instruction manual included?
A:Please refer to the factory service manual. Manual is included for the models that require special installation. We recommend that installation should be done by a person with expertise.

A:Please contact our customer service.
Q:If the part number for factory spring is the same, will the lowering spring fit?
A:Compatibility with a car we don't have fitment is unconfirmed. We can't answer the drop rage, balance and problem caused by installation.
Q:How can I recognize the top and bottom of lowering spring?
A: If the silk print is not upside down, that is the right way.
Q:Will each bushing be deteriorated by replacing the suspension?
A: Each bushing deteriorates even with factory suspension. Replacing the suspension is not necessarily the cause for it.
Q:Is the ride feeling of Ti2000 comfortable?
A:Lighter spring will improve ground tracking performance of the tire. We have Ti2000 Half Down for some models, which is designed to focusing on ride comfortability.
Q:What's the difference between RS☆R and Ti2000?
A:The material is different. Compared with RS☆R with the same rate and down height, Ti2000 includes Titanium so it has lighter weight, better durability and anti-corrosion.
Q:Do you make custom-order spring?
A:Unfortunately, we don't make custom-order spring.
Q:Can I see the photo of the car with lowering spring?
A:Please take a look at our ""Item search"" or ""Minkara"" in our website. There are photos for some models.
Q:Noise comes from the suspension when driving over a bump.
A:One of the reason is the issue when installing the spring. Please contact our customer service.
Q:The drop height is not same between left and right.
A:Original ride height for some cars is not same due to the location of equipment such as fuel tank. Please try to replace the left and right spring. Even if there is a large discrepancy, please contact our customer serice.
Q:Noise comes from the suspension when turning the steering wheel.
A:One of the reason is the issue when installing the spring. Please contact our customer service. By lowering the ride height, bump stopper interferes and it may cause the noise. Applying a small amount of grease on the contact surface of rubber will reduce the noise.
Q:Drop height is different from the data on the website.
A:Data on the website is for reference. If the data is largely different, inconsistency of the factory ride feeling may be the reason. Please contact our customer service.
Q:The ride height is lower than when I installed the product 〇 years ago
A:There are many reason for the ride height change. It is not only a sagging of spring but also a deterioration over time of bump stopper and bushings. Please contact our customer service.
Q:The ride feeling became bad due to the bump touch so I want to return the product.
A:Once our product is installed on the car, we can't accept return. Hitting the bump stopper is not a problem.
