■AVDAN Drift Meeting Round.2

Venue : TSUKUBA circuit in Ibaraki

ADM Round 2 was held at TSUKUBA circuit in Ibaraki on July 31st. MAX☆Orido and KAZU☆Hayashida from team RS☆R participated in demo-drifting and exhibition race in this event. In the morning, thought we were worried about whether condition, it was getting better gradually. At the same time, it became very hot, which it is a hard condition for the drivers, however both spectators and drivers got excited.

KAZU☆Hayashida drove S15 Silvia which had improved the power and stiffness of the body for Demo-drifting. This is including the final coordination of suspension for D1 Round4 held in August 7th and 8th. Demo-drifting made us feel that machine is completed and can expect the next race.

MAX☆Orido who drive JZA80 Supra was the first run after crush at D1 twin, so he drove carefully to confirm the movement and drivability of vehicle.

During the practice of time trial, MAX☆Orido had a trouble of being come off the front bumper. Therefore, he had to perform time trial with disadvantage of lacking the front bumper and high temperature of the road. However, he recorded amazing time of 1 minute and 2 seconds, which is 2nd place of eleven drivers. This prove that our Supra can do not only drifting but also time trial.

KAZU☆Hayashida recorded 1 minute and 5 seconds, but Silvia is also second to none at the straight speed indicating its high potential ability.

ADM Round 3 will be held in Fuji speedway on October 10th. At there, more developed machine from team RS☆R will appear.
